Coffee products are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us by email or phone and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note that special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Returning an item may void any multiple-purchase discount or promotional shipping discount that was applied to the original order.


PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment is processed immediately upon order submission.

Orders may be cancelled at no cost within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
